We offer regular property inspections. We can arrange inspections for both holiday lets and long term lets. You may require us to cover check in/out listings at the start/end of the tenancy or prepare an inventory listing at tenancy change overs. We can arrange all of this for you and remove this part of your business requirement allowing you to focus on other aspects of your business.
When you entrust your property to us we will ensure that after each change over the property is cleaned to our superior standard. This service includes the provision of fresh white fluffy towels and crisp white bed linen. We can provide anything from a regular clean on your apartment to a deep clean at the end of the holiday season or tenancy.

We will ensure that your property is maintained to the standard required for rental. When we identify work that needs to be addressed or things that may lead to problems further down the line we will advise you and work with you to resolve these issues. We can remove the time spent by you waiting for tradesmen to arrive at your apartment by liaising with them on your behalf.

We offer a concierge service to you and your guests. We will liaise with your guests from the point of booking right through to their departure. A meet and greet service is a must for your guests. To see a friendly face on arrival gives your guests comfort that they are being well looked after. We can share local knowledge with them; from basic visitor attractions to restaurants and bars.
Identifying the needs of a guest early on in communication will help us share relevant information with them. It also allows us to walk them round the apartment and pass on any important information you wish us to share with them.
We can provide a welcome pack with basic essentials, this is appreciated particularly if your guests have arrived late and want to snuggle up with a relaxing cup of tea or coffee after a long journey.
We can act as an independent viewing agent for you when you are trying to sell your property. Why pay the exorbitant fees that some Estate Agents, Lawyers etc charge. Come direct to us and we will liaise with the selling agent and organise someone to be at the property for every viewing. We can give you feedback on whether the agents are sending the right potential buyers to your home and cut out the time wasters.
How many hours have you spent at the end of every tenancy cataloguing the items in your rental property ? Too many ! Hand this part of your business over to us and allow us to do any or all of the following for you. Meet your tenants at the start of the tenancy and cover check in and sign agreed inventory listing.
